What I do

Four ways to work together, from a quick paid roadmap to an ongoing hand on the tiller. Fixed prices, no surprises. Most people start with a roadmap or a single build.

Automation Roadmap

$500 fixed — and $250 comes off your first build if you go ahead within 30 days.

Who it's for: owners who know something could be automated but want a clear, no-fluff plan before spending on a build.

What you walk away with: a short written roadmap of your best one or two automation wins, what each would cost, what each would save (with the maths), and which to do first. Yours to keep, whether or not you build with me.

Most popular

Done-for-you build

From $2,500 — typical build $3,500, up to $6,000 for larger jobs.

Who it's for: owners who want the thing actually built, connected to their existing tools, and working — not a list of tools to go and figure out.

What you walk away with: a finished, tested automation running in your business — missed-call text-back, automated quoting and invoice chasing, a booking assistant, or similar — plus a plain-English handover so you're never stuck with something you don't understand.

AI Foundations

$1,500 fixed.

Who it's for: owners and small teams who want to use everyday AI tools well and safely, without a custom build.

What you walk away with: the right AI tools chosen and set up for your business, sensible guardrails, and a hands-on session so you and your team actually use them with confidence. A productised package — fixed scope, fixed price.

Ongoing support (retainer)

From $400/month — typically $600/month.

Who it's for: clients with systems running who want them kept healthy, tweaked, and improved over time — without hiring anyone.

What you walk away with: a set number of hours each month to fix, adjust, and extend your automations, plus priority access when something needs attention. Cancel anytime.

Workshops & training

From $500/session.

Who it's for: teams, networking groups, or local business associations who want a practical, jargon-free intro to what AI can actually do for a small business.

What you walk away with: a plain-English session with real examples relevant to your trade — and a clear sense of where AI is worth your time and where it isn't.

"Couldn't I just use ChatGPT myself?"

Fair question — and yes, you could. ChatGPT is a chat box; anyone can open one. But a chat box doesn't answer your phone at 2pm while you're on a roof, doesn't send your quotes, doesn't chase your invoices, and doesn't plug into the calendar and tools you already run. Someone still has to choose the right tools, connect them to your business, test the whole thing, and keep it working. That's the actual job — and it's hours you don't have. You're not paying me for access to AI; you're paying for a working system that fits your business and the time you'd otherwise burn building and babysitting it. If ChatGPT on its own solves your problem, I'll tell you that in the free chat and save us both the trouble.
