About Tom

I'm Tom Grierson. I live in Bronte, and I build software for a living.

Before this, I spent years tutoring — sitting with people who found a subject intimidating and explaining it until it clicked. It turns out that's the same job as helping a business owner with AI: take something that sounds complicated and scary, and make it simple, useful, and yours.

That's why the plain-English explanation isn't an add-on here — it's the whole point. Plenty of people can wire up a tool. Not many will sit across the table from you, understand how your business actually runs, and hand it back in a way you can live with without fear. That's the bit I care about.

I'm not a slide-deck consultant. I ship real software: a React/Firebase invoicing app that's live in a client pilot, and ongoing operations on a production automation project. When I say I'll build you something that works, there's a track record behind it.

I work with small businesses across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs — the cafes, trades, clinics, and sole traders around Bronte, Bondi, Coogee, Randwick, and the eastern beaches. Local, hands-on, and a real person you can call.
